Goal weight reached
Consistency and patience, you need to do the plan, follow your macros and it will come off. Last time I was 230 pounds was in my mid 30’s. I’m hopeful with my continued journey I’ll reach my next goal in the next two months!

Just being comfortable
So it just came to me, I’m doing my workout today, this is the 2nd day of a sequence per week of the same exercises. Last week I was thinking this workout is new to me, I watched the training videos for guidance, read the step by step process. But something that was bothering me is what would everyone around me think when I’m struggling to learn. I was hesitant on every workout move, thinking more about what others around me would think instead of my own journey. In the process. Today I had more confidence in my ability to complete each exercises and without judgment or individuals starring. If anything they want to know more about my gains, I’ve had compliments already about losing weight looking taller. Definitely a win in my books since I tend to care about what others see of me.

Week 4 & 5
A big win during week 4 while on vacation is motivation and accountability. While I didn’t have a weight room, I was provided with other body weight workouts. I could definitely feel the burn after the 30-45 minute sessions. Monitoring the diet, I still looked for healthy options or asked for more protein to help with daily intake. Walking while on vacation also helped to stay focus. Starting week 5 yesterday, I’m starting to feel gains in the weight room. Also progress pictures are visible with gains and weight loss, especially from side view photo. I feel more energy and less drag when running or jogging as well.
Week 3 start up
Week 3, weight loss is still keeping me very motivated. Weight lifting increase 2-5% will be a challenge. Tonight on leg machines I was maxing out and felt satisfied for the amount of reps. Meal planning is getting easier, it’s becoming a trend during my Sunday evening to prep 3 days out.

Starting Week 2
Today started my week 2 of weight training. I felt more comfortable on the assigned weight lifting, didn’t hesitate as much if my technique wasn't there. I could feel the same muscles from last week burning! I increased the weight on some, while on others I had to restart at a new level to focus on stability.
