Life & Health Insurance Broker | Medicare Specialist
Hey everyone — I’m Antonia. I’m a licensed life and health broker and Medicare specialist. I focus on helping clients make better decisions before we ever get to quoting. A lot of times the issue isn’t the product — it’s the lack of structure behind how the recommendation is made. Lately I’ve been building out systems to: Review medications and underwriting factors upfront Identify stronger product direction before quoting Create clearer, client-ready recommendations It’s helped me avoid a lot of backtracking and place cases more efficiently. Curious how others here are approaching this —Are you following a set process before quoting, or mostly going case by case?

That’s really helpful, I appreciate you sharing that. I like how you mentioned the intake piece first, because I’ve been noticing the same thing the tool is only as good as the information going into it. That’s actually what pushed me to start being more intentional about structuring that part of the process instead of jumping straight into comparisons. Do you find most clients are pretty accurate when they’re entering their info, or do you still have to clean things up after?

@Faye Horton That’s exactly why I started structuring that part differently. I actually built out a system that helps guide that upfront, including mapping medications more accurately so it doesn’t throw everything off later.

I help teams stop drowning in chaos. If your ops live in DMs, inboxes, and “don’t forget” notes, I share what actually scales.
