Is there any skooler here that makes money doing something like the 4 hour work week?
I’m super curious what you do each week. I absolutely love the concept of as minimal amount of work as possible while making good money and living life. Our current plan: My partner and I have a community together We only need 1k a month to quit our jobs and live super nicely in our campervan and travel - so we’d then enjoy our life and upgrade income as we go. 10x 100$ a month customers is all we need to start with and that sounds extremely encouraging. . Atm we’re doing much more than 4h of work per week, and have jobs too, but plan to use paid ads at a certain income level and reduce our working time massively :) Currently we do 5 days a week, Me - 2h posting - 2h engaging I direct that traffic to @Warrick Duncan - Networking calls @Warrick Duncan - 1h posting - 1h engaging - 2h dms - Discovery and value delivery calls Are you living the 4h work week on Skool and making money? Please share what you do 🙃 Edit: I’m not trying to work 4h right now, I’m just really keen to hear what others do that can do it!

Your first working offer?
Ive recently started focusing on booking more calls with people and something that’s been mentioned to me a few times is having an offer. Even as early on as this which was a surprise. So now I’m working on my first offer. I was think along the lines of some advice my partner received from Max Perzon. To make our lead magnet “6 pack in 90 days” challenge a paid course and pitch that at the end of the calls. Just curious what your first working offer looked like and what you learned from it?

Do you go outside?
I don’t mean ever lol like a vampire but a lot of us spend ages online indoors. Going outside can be incredible for productivity. Ideally we should be aiming to get 10,000 steps in each day but that’s a couple of hours and roughly 6km’s. Curious who here actually achieves that each day. I do only occasionally. I prefer high intensity exercise instead. Getting outdoors into the sun, moving and getting our heart beating is incredibly energy inducing and mood lifting. If you feel happier and more energetic you can be way more productive in so many ways. Do you make a point each day to go outside and what do you do out there?

Doing calls?
Ive been putting of doing calls for the longest time even though I know how important they are. It’s weird psychology, Im pretty good with public speaking and actually love talking but making calls gives me some feeling of dread lol Recently Ive been doing some calls and Ive been surprised at how awesome it’s been actually. Is great having that human element in the mix instead of just text. And I think people are often nicer than you think which is sick. Feeling stoked to be making progress on what’s def my biggest bottle neck. Were you very call-shy, and what helped you get over it?

@Ron Medlin epic comment! I just had my first “sales” call the other day and it was beyond awkward since I tried to be really perfect lol Anything he was saying I couldn’t fully process because it didn’t fully fit in the framework I had made. Definitely taking it easy next time
🍓 Where do I start? (without overthinking it)
Since I have to help 69 people go full time on Skool this year: this is the SECOND BEEFY ONE of the how to series 🪿 lmk if this is too long or u want more of these! Most people don’t have a starting point they have…✨analysis paralysis✨ “what should i do first??” so they sit there thinking researching watching 100 YT videos instead of just… doing anything meanwhile someone less skilled is already making money lol so HERES the friggin breakdown: starting is NOT some giant perfect plan its: 👉 ONE person 👉 ONE problem 👉 ONE attempt to help thats it for example: “i help my friend land his first client this week” or “i help 1 skool owner reduce churn” not 100 people not your future audience not your “brand” just ONE this is literally how Wingman started btw i just kept helping skool owners stop churn then more people asked for help 🪿 heres what u actually do: find 1 person with a problem talk to them try to help them no funnel no logo no content strategy just reps this is the part people hate: clarity comes AFTER action not before u do not think ur way into clarity u work ur way into it so if u feel stuck rn good that means ur at the starting line and heres the truth: if u cant help ONE person u wont magically help 100 so prove it to yourself first THEN scale it comment ur idea in ONE sentence 🪿 who are u helping? what problem? how are u helping them? simple i’ll pick a few people and help u get their FIRST win or don’t and keep researching forever lol 👉 don’t believe me. test it 🪿
