How important it is to do exercises that you like 🔥🏋️‍♂️
I’ve never before liked to go to gym, always avoided it. Could not imagine how someone could like going there! As I got higher numbers on legpress though, I started to seriously love that machine. It was easy to get high numbers which just feels cool + I’m done after only 8-12 reps and 3 sets 🔥🔥 So I got a huge hunger for this machine, and it actually pulled me into the gym! I started to associate a deep thrill with the gym instead of just dealing with it Doing leg workouts in the park for example I definitely don’t like I need to do so many reps there, since I can’t put on more weight than my backpack can handle. Close to 20 reps and 4 sets! That’s 80 times my willpower used instead of 24. I really love having my workouts done in shorter time Really check if you’re not making your life harder by accident! Have a look what other exercises hit the same muscles as the exercises you don’t like! You’ll be much more keen for the gym, so you’ll be much more consistent. So you’ll have much higher gains just from changing an exercise 🔥🔥🔥 ➡️ What is 1 exercise you seriously enjoy, and what is 1 you don’t enjoy?

Sleep struggle
Hi is anyone in the same boat ? If anything Helps you do share . I struggle to sleep . Although when the sleep comes I sleep very good 6 7 hours . But it’s always a struggle to make myself sleep. I fight with sleep, my mind can’t stop thinking .

When I was 13 I had racing thoughts almost every night! My mind kept getting a billion ideas about random shit 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 my top fix that changed my life 👌🏼🏆🏆🏆 I started doing “reverse blinking” :D Keep your eyes closed and open them for a second every 10s or so Slow and deepen your breathing Imagine falling deeper into your bed every time you close them again
What should I do?
5’9 153, came from 190. Not sure if im fat or skinny fat genuinely don’t know what to do. Should I do a slight calorie surplus +100 over maintaince while eating good and protein high and consistently lift? Or lose even more weight I feel like 153 is low enough.
What should I do?

It’s doesn’t look like too much. For growing muscle this is a very handy bit of buffer that can get you there faster. Once you’ve grown more mass you can cut some and will look Boss ⚡️⚡️⚡️
