Hello Everybody
My naw is Robert but everyone calls me Ike. I am from the greater Chicagoland area. I am happy to be here to gain insight and experience with the tax side of real estate and to take those steps toward financial freedom. One goal I am excited to achieve here would be to be able to get my first real estate deal. I have learned to run property analysis but did not have the funds or the wherewithal to get it. Been moving by myself and now understand that I cannot do it all on my own. @Antoinette Apolon

@Antoinette Apolon my thoughts exactly! I am a loner by nature, so I am intentional in making myself chat here, socialize and make connections. I've always loved the African proverb that says something like this: " If you wanna for fast, go alone. If you wanna go far, go together".

Overcoming FEAR- False Evidence Appearing Real
@Omoya Croll your question had me on a roll today and I ended up mentioning/talking about fear on Tiktok Live today. I think this is something we need to talk about because this is common. Watch the video below and then tell me about a time when you didn't let fear stop you and what the was the outcome. It could be anything. I want to hear about a time you overcame your fear! Annnnd go!

WOOOOOOOWEEEE! For me, it's paralyzing. Analysis paralysis! What helps is to do something in my body-dance, go for a walk, sing, call a friend and laugh, hug a tree-all grounding things that remind me I am child of The Most High! Fear is antithetical to love! Now, Im learning to dance with fear-thank him for topping by, while quickly evicting him!

Greetings Good People, RedLotusChic so graciously popped up on my TT FYP and I couldn't be more grateful! My name is Antoinette Little. I am a Certified Project Manager and Scrum Master, currently working at a non profit. My goal for 2025 is to create 5 SUCCESSFUL streams of passive income! My biggest challenge are credit, lack of industry knowledge and marketing/branding as an introvert, however, I realize those things hold no power except the power that I give them. I'm here and I'm ready to grow, learn and earn!

@Antoinette Apolon I took a Masterclass with a pretty big player in the business industry, and in full transparency, I was novicely just quoting him. I really meant that I wanted to have more than one source of income, and right now, that is employment. I love the concept of rivers of revenue!!!! And the one thing that I always come back to, think about, dream about is having a real estate portfolio, so I'm very ckear about that. It sometimes seems un-doable, a bit overwhelming, considering I'm starting in the deficit. yet here I am. Doing the mindset work, saving money, and knowing I can do this! My faith is sure and I've got a great teacher in YOU! I will say that my divergent nature will, at some point, have more than one 'iron in the fire", even it's no more than a monetized hobby that brings me joy! By mid April, you'll see me in full swing with this, AND I'll have a little something something financially to make moves with! Happy MARCH! Forward ever, Backwards NEVER!
