Diet is only one aspect of overall health. If we have other modalities that may support one’s overall wellbeing, we should offer and utilize. One often missed proponent of our ancestors health was that they walked bare foot far more then we do today. Maybe that is one reason they experienced better health and not just from better food. We should be open to other potential.

How do you approach a client who has fallen off the planned approach to the Carnivore Diet? If it's a first time occurrence vs recurring, in what ways does the approach shift?

We all stumble. Get back up and carrie on, learning to walk is a process and when we change our shoes, it can take time to figure out how to walk in them. Sometimes we go back to the old shoes for comfort even though the new ones support our feet much better. The new shoes can make our feet sore and we can only use them for short periods. Over time, as we are able to use them more, we learn they support our feet, and as a result our body better, we begin to wear them more and more until they become our shoe of choice. The transition is always an individual journey and must always be respected. We are not dictators of health, we are teachers.

Trust is earned. When we show others we are only here to support and guide them and not ‘challenge’ their beliefs but offer knowledge, wisdom and help with their understanding, and help them with their troubles, it aids trust. This can often lead to them challenging their own beliefs. We must always seek to understand and help others do the same.

Dependant on age, current condition and many others factors if fasting or extended fasting is beneficial or potentially detrimental to their journey.

What clients lol. I have students but no clients. I love teaching, and this is my weakness, I give so others can benefit from wellness. I don’t have any conversion. Any help here is appreciated.
