Let’s talk about Wednesday. For most people, it’s just one day closer to Friday. For me, it’s the most important day of the week. Every Wednesday is set aside as a CEO Day no jumping on the truck, no playing firefighter. It’s a day focused solely on the growth of Citrus. I typically spend this time on growth planning, systems and service optimization, and strengthening client relationships. This Wednesday, I’m focused on recruiting new hires, along with mapping out our 2026 growth plan to ensure we scale while maintaining our high standards without suffocating the business’s potential. Good morning team and friends! As we head into 2026 I would love to hear some of your upcoming goals for the new year along with something you learned in 2025! This year my main goal is to be hyper focused on building out easy and repeatable systems to keep the momentum of 2025 rolling and life easy for out growing team. Something I learned was that managing people and clients can be very hard! As we continue to grow and bring on new clients setting expectations for new clients can cause confusion and is my role to help mitigate that confusion going into 2026! 🍊
