@Shane Parsons just some TLC keeping everything loss
Fatigue & guilt
Morning guys! So, I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued this week (almost feeling like out of body and dream like) and am already on a taper week with Hyrox next week. A) do people reduce intensity when feeling this way, B) does anyone have a way of combatting guilt for listening to their body? My worry is as I’m on a taper already, the intensity has already reduced and calories are still as they were before

100% listen to your body if you need rest your body will tell you very quickly as @Shane Parsons said trust the process 1 week out for your event your not going to lose anything only gain , you'll thank yourself come race day when your ready and feeling fresh best of luck 💪
