My initial goal was to become knowledgeable about family law so that I wouldn't have to rely on an attorney. I decided to apply to law school because I didn't think my attorney was looking out for my best interests. Helping single fathers assert their rights in family court was my aim. The area of law I want to practice is now up in the air. The field of law has so many interesting areas!
