I’ve only been at the academy for a little over a month, but the difference already is crazy. My strength and gas tank have improved massively, and I feel much more comfortable during randori. I’m starting to have more answers, hesitating less, my grip fighting has improved, and I’m thinking more instead of just reacting. Levon has also helped me with my gym training and pushed me to branch into wrestling and BJJ. Still early days, but I’m excited to see where this takes me. 🥋🤼‍♂️
