Episode 16: mitochondria reboot stack
Dosage can vary based on you but this is a general guideline. 1. Ss-31 2-5mg daily for 2-4 weeks (use Humanin if you have it too. 1-2mg daily) 2. Motsc and 5 amino 4-6 weeks. Motsc 5mg 2-3x per week and 5 amino 1-2mg daily 3. Nad+ 1-2 months . Start at 25mg 3x per week and titrate up as needed never doing more than 100mg 3x per week

Tirz causing fatigue
I’m currently taking tirzepatide 2.5 mg and scheduled to increase to 5 mg tomorrow, but it’s making me very fatigued and I’m unsure I can continue. I’m considering switching to retatrutide. I have about 15–20 lbs left to reach my goal weight. For context, I work out 4–5 days a week, walk about 5 miles daily, and stay consistent with protein, water, and electrolytes. I’m also interested in GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, NAD+, and KPV, and plan to start GHK-Cu in a couple of weeks. If I stay on tirzepatide, could NAD+ help with the fatigue? If I switch to retatrutide, should I skip a week after my last tirzepatide dose before starting it?

@Mahal C My research is 250 MCG Monday Wednesday Friday taken 20 minutes before sleep.
Cannot stay asleep, DISP did not work
I wake up every morning at 4:45 am not well rested at all and not able to go back to sleep. I take Benadryl sometimes so I can fall back asleep but then it wrecks my entire day. Anything I can do to help this? I tried DSIP but it really doesn't do much. My blood pressure is high so I don't want to try Tesamorelin just yet...thanks in advance!

Ray- Not sure what your taking for blood pressure. you may want to take a good K2/D3 in the AM I take Triquetra Total K2 Also 1 Mag-8 Magnesium before dinner and 1 an hour before sleep. Not sure you like Salad? If yes use Arugula, ages cuda cheese, and Pomegranate seeds (arils) are highly nutritious, fiber-rich, and loaded with antioxidants that support heart health, reduce inflammation, and improve digestion. They are eaten raw, added to salad! This will help soften your arteries!
MOTS c Questions
Hey yall. My family and I are new to the whole world. Lots ofresearch, lots of learning and lots of questions. We want to add in MOTS C but I've read so many dosing protocols. At 5mg 3 times a week its financially almost unsustainable for us three. daughter has pcos and it was recommended for her to take that with her tirz for her weight loss and insulin resistance. Hubby and I are on reta and it was recommended for us as well for weight loss What dosing protocoleveryone do here that takes it? Is there something that will do the same as Mots C thats more cost effective for three people?

Hay Landon The GLP's will do a good job on their own after 2-3 months. Mots-c is a great Mitochondria booster for younger healthier folks. along with NAD+ If your on the other side of 40 or in need of repair SS-31 and NAD+ would be a better starting point. Also My RS uses NMN ( 900 MGs) in the AM as a precursor for NAD support. If you need a fat burn boost maybe try some Amino 5 -1 MQ . MY wife is Pre T2D and fighting the insulin resistance also. We are finding good results with a Strick diet 12 hours fasting per day only eat in an 8 hour window . we also do a 36hr fast between Sat. night through Monday morning. Get good sleep. and exercise 3/4 times a week. This is our RS started on January 5th, The wife is down 18 lbs and CGM is tracking 122 blood sugar. I'm down 30 lbs. It's a lot of work and determination! We are retired so it makes it easier! You guys can do this just come up with the best plan that works for your lifestyle and plug away! GL
