How do you find pain points of your ICPs (B2B)?
Hello community! I'd be happy to learn which channels you use to find pain points of your prospects. For my ICPs (e-commerce brands' Founders/CEOs) i tried these: 1) Reddit (found some useful info but very few so far, maybe i look wrong subs) 2) LinkedIn (some of my icps share their struggles in their content, but again not very much about my service) 3) YT (many courses about e-commerce there, but they are not from my icps) What else I think to try: 1) Twitter/X (never used it, have no idea how to make this type of research there) 2) Facebook (same๐) 3) Podcasts with my icps (i think it could be the most useful) Any resources/frameworks are more than welcome (especially about twitter/fb)!
