๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Day 2 - Truth or Dare: Keep your eye on the ball
Keep your eye on the ball. Not in the motivational-poster way. In the โ€œwhat are we actually doing here?โ€ way. Because a lot of us have weeks that look fullโ€ฆ and still end with that quiet little panic on Friday: I did so much. Why do I feel like nothing moved? ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒโ€™๐˜€ ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—œ ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด: Youโ€™re in the room. Youโ€™re commenting. Youโ€™re reacting. Youโ€™re supporting people. And then someone new clicks your nameโ€ฆ and thereโ€™s no clear offer, no opt-in, no next move. So the attention you earned has nowhere to land. Activity feels productive when itโ€™s social. But outcomes happen when the activity is aligned. Pick one weekly goal, then choose 1-2 actions that directly feed it. Thatโ€™s it. Because engagement works when it supports a clear next step. And inside this community, we build visibility with structure, so effort turns into outcomes, not just noise. Pick the one youโ€™re most comfortable with and share it with us in the comments: ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต: Where are you losing the ball this week? Whatโ€™s the one thing you keep โ€œmeaning to doโ€ but keep not doing? Finish this sentence: โ€œIf I stayed focused on just one goal this week, it would be ___.โ€ ๐——๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ: Do the clean move in public. Post this: 1) My weekly goal is: 2) The 1-2 actions Iโ€™m committing to are: 3) The thing Iโ€™m not doing this week (so I can actually do the above) is:

Your;e right about this, at least for me: '...someone new clicks your nameโ€ฆ and thereโ€™s no clear offer, no opt-in, no next move...' Yes. Trying to get there. If I stayed focused on just one goal this week, it would be nailing down the reflection, [the self-assesment process that will illustrate for a participant how they insinctively move, and why]. I want a workable beta testable product. Every time I think I've wrestled it to the ground, it slithers away. But I think we're getting there.
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Day 1 - Truth or Dare: Too Many Irons In The Fire
Itโ€™s not that you โ€œneed more discipline.โ€ Itโ€™s that youโ€™re trying to run five different machines with one set of hands. Youโ€™ve got five half-finished funnels. Three content themes. And two new ideas a day that all feel like they could work. In business, that usually means this: nothing gets enough consistent attention to build momentum, because priority keeps changing before results can show up. The constraint isnโ€™t effort. Itโ€™s having no single container that gets first rights to your time. One clean move: Pick one โ€œhome baseโ€ offer for the next 30 days. Park the rest. Not forever. Just long enough to let one thing actually collect proof, feedback, and traction, without being interrupted by the next shiny โ€œmaybe.โ€ Inside the room, this becomes normal: we choose the next right container, then we build in order so your energy stops leaking everywhere. Where are you currently splitting your attention? Finish this sentence: โ€œRight now Iโ€™m trying to juggle _____, _____, and _____...โ€ ๐——๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ: Do the clean move in public. Reply with: - My 30-day home base offer is: - Iโ€™m parking: _____, and _____ - The one result Iโ€™m committing to for 30 days is:

@Rachael S challenging isn't it. All power to you. Where do you find the stalls happen? When you have to think up `alternatives that make sense,` or when you have to get something running, however rough, or when you have to figure out what data to look at and which to ignore - or something else?

@Laura Paulina Yes,` how to posture in a way that will stand out against the competition, they are multi-nationals - its a billion doallr industry. We have a better product, but no marketing budget, so we have to find a unique edge in order to stand out. So it's that (task), plus making sure the supporting material is ready enough and that the online survey/assessment process works because we need to get triallist successfully completing.
Quick poll: what posts do you actually like interacting with?
I want to make this community more fun and more useful to you. Iโ€™ve been in a lot of communities where the โ€œengagement postsโ€ feel like filler, and I personally donโ€™t like spending time on stuff that doesnโ€™t help me think, build, or connect. So I want your honest preference. What kind of posts do you enjoy most in communities? ๐—”๐—ณ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐˜ƒ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฒ, ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€: - What makes a post feel worth your time to reply to? - Do you feel like most community engagement posts are worth replying to, or mostly noise? - Tell me how you decide.
