I joined Beth in her journey when she first popped up on my YouTube in August!! Then I joined her in the August summer challenge 🥰 I thought wow she is so much fun and it's something I can stick too! Her aura is energetic and absolutely honest and that's what drives me to keep moving forward!!

She doesn't recommend strict routines, stick meal plans she just says f**k it to it all and shake that booty! 🍑

The women on the community are the accounabily I needed, I wouldn't be without them 🥰💪
