5 Element Questions: Find Your Dominant Element
5 ELEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE INSTRUCTIONS Follow the directions for each of the three questionnaires. • Total the score for each section of all three questionnaires. • For each section (A through E) add the total of Questionnaire 1 plus Questionnaire 2. o Subtract Questionnaire 3 totals from the totals of Questionnaires 1 and 2. • For example, if the score in Questionnaire 1, section A, is 20, Questionnaire 2, section A, is 15, and Questionnaire 3, sectionA, is 30, your total is 5. - Questionnaire 1 Section A = 20 - Questionnaire 2 Section A=15 A + B = 35 - Questionnaire 3 Section A = -30; then subtract this from the total above. - (20 + 15 - 30 = 5) • The sections with the two highest scores comprise your Adaptation Types; the highest score is the primary Type and the other is the secondary Type. • The code for each Type is as follows: - Section A is Wood Adaptation Type. - Section B is Fire Adaptation Type. - Section C is Earth Adaptation Type. - Section D is Metal Adaptation Type. - Section E is Water Adaptation Type. QUESTIONNAIRE 1-STRESS RESPONSE Place a score on the line next to each statement, based on the following scale: 0 = Never 1 = Rarely 2 = Occasionally 3 = Often 4 = Constantly Write the score next to each statement. Add up the score for each section and put it at the bottom of each section. This weakens your energy and makes you an easy snack for lower dimensional energies. 2. Tune in: what feels off? Connect with your body and notice if you feel misaligned or different in any way.  3. Keep a Record: Track what’s happening, what’s coming up, and pay attention to patterns that may be clues to what’s “really happening.”  4. Use your imagination: The “image” in your mind is connected to your subconscious, what’s coming up there and use NLP tools to eliminate dark or toxic images affecting you.  5. Be The Authority: Don't let any one or any thing distort your mind or body. Do NOT beg for help… COMMAND protection and clearance.  6. Get Grounded: Connect with Mother Earth, get outside, take off your shoes, feel the earth's energy allow it to purify you.  7. Elemental Healing: Water is key! We are stronger as a united empowered Tribe.  Signs of attack Negative Energy Attacks: Was Tingling or cramping nerve pain will be felt in the spine usually in mid to upper back areas under shoulder blade. Feeling a massive panic attack out of nowhere. Chest pressure, difficulty breathing, palpitations, cold chills and blurred vision. Physical paralysis can occur and massive debilitating shivering that can make it difficult to stand or walk.

#8 👍spent most of my life in yang energy!! It was a "learned way of living"! This has brought about years of anxiety/depression. In 2023 I moved home to help my mom after my dad died. But also I was going through my own "death" experience. A healing crisis lead to retiring from 35 yrs as an RN. Now Im working to remember who I am while integrating who I was along with my shadow! A necessary step in healing💛 Thank you for this space and the gift of Shadow Awakening.💛✨💛
