🌿 Holiday Stress Relief with EFT (Tapping)
Hello beautiful souls, The holiday season can be beautiful — and it can also feel overwhelming. Extra plans, extra emotions, extra expectations. If you’ve been feeling the pressure, you’re not alone. One simple tool I use that can help you reset your energy is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping. EFT is a gentle mind‑body practice where you tap on specific acupressure points while acknowledging what you’re feeling. It helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring you back into your center. ✨ A Simple Holiday Tapping Sequence Try this whenever you feel stressed, rushed, or emotionally overloaded: 1. Name the feeling as you tap the karate chop point “Even though I’m feeling stressed right now, I’m open to finding a little more ease.” 2. Tap through the points - Eyebrow - Side of eye - Under eye - Under nose - Chin - Collarbone - Under arm - Top of head At each point, gently tap and say a phrase like: “This stress.” “This pressure.” “I’m doing my best.” “I choose calm.” 3. Close with a breath Place a hand on your heart, inhale deeply, and exhale slowly. Feel your body soften. 🎄 Why EFT Helps During the Holidays - Reduces stress and emotional overwhelm - Helps you stay grounded in busy environments - Supports emotional regulation - Creates a moment of calm you can return to anytime 💛 A gentle reminder You don’t have to be perfectly calm — just a little more centered than you were a moment ago. EFT is a beautiful way to give yourself that space.
