Biggest take away: money = time I'm curious to hear about whether you've been able to use CC for a down-payment on a real estate deal (flip), and a HML. The HML I currently use won't allow me to use CC for a d/p or to show reserves. Also, I don't fully understand why you say that LOC is paid back over 1 year. That hasn't been my experience, where I had something like 20 years to pay it back. Can you explain what scenario you're talking about? Thanks
