Bio: I am a small business owner and Oma living in Southern CA. I have been plant based for 2 years. Family and travel are my passions.

Bio: I began transitioning to a WFPB diet 5 years ago. I joined VSA in January 2024. My primary focus has been strength training and bone health.

Bio: I am an artist and art prof. I have been WFPB for more than a decade.
