Dealing with Difficult Clients in Aesthetics
New post is up- I hope it gives you something to think about. Pro Tip: Do you want to be right, or do you want to be at peace? l ask myself this often. It keeps me grounded. https://www.skool.com/danestheticsmentor/classroom/1b7c3993?md=d1837d659309450ebe7ef568f71b4adb

Where is this template Dan. I’d like to copy and use? I actually have only ever given back money once for lip filler. I have had enough guts to speak up to a difficult client who had some body dysmorphia about how she was going to another injector for big treatments and only coming to me for small things as others would not treat her ( example jelly roll with Botox under the eye), I treated her with respect as I spoke to her and she understood my concern. The other injector got fed up and stated out loud disrespectfully “you are killing me with your requests”. The patient wrote the worst review ever on that injector. I was lucky and avoided this type of review by , I believe , being honest yet respectful as her body issues and mental health were obvious. I was able to listen and help her with some of the mental health issues.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THE HARD STUFF
PLEASE Don’t hold back—share any challenges or insecurities you’re facing in the industry. This journey isn’t easy, but you’re not alone. We’re all in this together, and your voice matters. Whether I (or any of you!) respond directly in the comments, or I create a video to dive deeper, your questions help everyone grow. The more we open up, the more we all rise! 🙌🏼

@Nuria Hahn unfortunately I think that retention can be an ongoing issue. At the momen I have a great staff. In fact, I try to treat them with such high regard and positivity that they know that I truly care for their well-being. I make sure they get a couple of free services a month at cost. I keep them informed about certain costs, and I often say to them” I’d rather give you guys the money, then throw the money out the door when you guys leave the heat on at the end of the night for instance”. I also feel that as an older nurse practitioner, at age 58 that I want to encourage the youngsters to pursue higher education.i really Encourage them to pursue nursing degree for instance and I tell them if they love this aesthetic industry one day they can take over my spa when I go to-retire for instance. It is draining teaching new staff, but now I have systems and protocols in place that make it easier.
🚨 Exciting Update Coming Soon! 🚨
Hey everyone! One of the best parts of this community chat is the amazing suggestions and discussions we have here. This next update is based on one of your suggestions! In the beginning, getting clients in the door often requires some sacrifices—but that doesn’t mean you have to discount your prices. I know many of you want to attract more clients without undervaluing your work, and I’ve got something special for you. I’m creating an irresistible offer strategy that helps you bring in more clients by bundling services with other businesses, making your offer so good that people feel like they’d be crazy to say no. This will take some effort, but it’s a powerful way to grow without relying on discounts. I’ll be answering your questions directly through text when possible, and if needed, I’ll create additional lessons and add them to the course absolutely free for members. Give me 24 hours, and I’ll be posting this inside the course—you’ll love it! 💥 Drop a 🔥 in the chat if you’re excited! 👇
