Just want to briefly introduce myself if we haven't already met: this time last year — December 2024 — I was completely burnt, fried, extra crispy, and deeply depleted from pouring myself into helping others while my own well was empty. That deep-seated drive to help people has always been a part of me, but I realized I could no longer give from a place of exhaustion so I made myself a promise: all of 2025 would be devoted to my spiritual healing, putting myself first for a change so I could eventually serve others from a healthier, more aligned place. I stepped onto the spiritual healing path in January, and ever since then, the path has been revealing itself in the most unexpected ways. Looking back, I can say with certainty: I am not the same person I was a year ago. Through shedding lifelong limiting beliefs, navigating the challenges of my partial thyroidectomy in October, and recently healing my inner child while addressing karmic and ancestral debts, contracts, and traumas, I’ve transformed, expanded, and ascended. And then, last week, I had the most profound AHA moment, one of many actually. I was at the Phoenix airport and noticed a sweatshirt in a gift shop (photo attached). Something nudged me to ask, “What is the significance of Phoenix?” And in that instant, full body energy charge/chills for Divine confirmation hit me like a ton of bricks: I AM the phoenix rising from the ashes. While I’ve come to understand and truly appreciate that the answers are within me, that I am the answer, and I don't need an over-priced airport souvenir, I still want to get that sweatshirt. 😆 Not for the logo, but for the reminder: no matter how late in life, no matter how daunting the challenge, no matter how unprepared you feel, regardless of any excuses that may come up, GET ON THE PATH! The path reveals itself in the most mind-blowing and rewarding ways as you walk it. It’s the journey, friends, always the journey!
