That’s exactly why I made a quick video showing people how to customize their Skool notifications. I don’t just share it occasionally either. I’ve added it to the Welcome/Start Here section in all 3 of my communities so new members know from the beginning that they can control what they receive. Because sometimes retention isn’t about adding MORE to your community. It’s about removing the little things that make people feel overwhelmed.
