Self Trust Quest #6
Hi, boos! Welcome to week three of our Self Trust Sprint✨ This week, we’re working with The Hierophant. The Hierophant represents teachings, traditions, belief systems, and the people or institutions we’ve learned to see as authorities. Sometimes the voice we mistake for self-doubt isn’t actually ours. It may be an old rule we learned from our family, culture, religion, school, relationships, or the world around us. So, your Self Trust Quest this week is to notice whenever you use the word “should.” I should be doing more. I should keep everyone happy. I should already know what I’m doing. I should make the sensible choice. When you catch one, pause and ask: Who taught me that? Then ask yourself whether that belief still feels true for you today. You don’t have to rebel against every rule or figure it all out immediately. We’re simply becoming curious about which beliefs genuinely belong to us and which ones we’ve been carrying without realizing it. I added this week’s video inside the classroom. After you watch it, come back and share: What is one “should” you’re beginning to question?🔑💗

I always feel the need to be doing something and find it hard to just relax. I will sit down to watch tv or relax and then keep getting up because I always find something I should be doing. That leads to burn out and frustration. I think ancestrally I come from a line of women who were always doing things and taking care of others over themselves and this has carried on in the lineage
Self Trust Quest #5: What Would Help You Feel Protected?🛡️
Hi, boos! Welcome to week two of our Self Trust Sprint✨ This week, we’re working with The Emperor. The Emperor represents structure, protection, leadership, and healthy authority. And this brings us to a side of self trust we may not think about very often. Self trust isn’t only about hearing your inner voice. It’s also about showing yourself that you’ll protect what you hear. So, your quest this week is to choose one small boundary or structure that would help you feel safer and more supported. Ask yourself: What structure would help me feel safer and more supported right now? Maybe you need to stop answering texts after a certain time. Maybe you want to give yourself ten minutes before agreeing to something. Maybe one part of your morning needs to belong only to you. It doesn’t need to be a dramatic boundary. We’re simply practicing becoming someone our sensitive selves can rely on. I added this week’s video inside the classroom. After you watch it, come back and tell me: What is one small boundary you want to practice this week? 🛡️💗

Today I saw some white butterflies flying around and I thought how cool it would be to see a dragonfly and then there it was

Today I took a lunch break. I usually do not do that and work right through. I am going to set a boundary to take a lunch break and do something for myself twice a week
Self Trust Quest #4: What Would Nourish You? 🌿
Hi, boos! Welcome to the first week of our four week Self Trust Sprint.✨ We’re beginning with The Empress. The Empress invites us to notice what helps us feel cared for, supported, creative, comfortable, and alive. Not what would make us more productive. Not what we think we should need. Simply what would nourish us. So, your Self Trust Quest this week is to pause once a day and ask: What would feel nourishing to me right now? Your answer doesn’t have to be big. Maybe you need something to eat, ten quiet minutes, fresh air, music, creativity, or to wear something that makes you feel beautiful. Then comes the important part: allow your answer to matter. You don’t have to complete this perfectly or choose something profound. We’re simply practicing hearing our own needs and responding without immediately asking whether we’ve earned them. I added a short video for this week’s quest inside the classroom. Once you’ve watched it, come back here and tell me: What would feel nourishing to you today?🌿💗

Today was a good day. I left work on time and went to the mall with my husband . He actually found something’s to buy. It was nourishing to watch him shop and do something for himself. I was glad I could be there to support him in some retail therapy.

We’re Beginning a Four Week Self Trust Sprint ✨
Hi, boos👻 I’ve been thinking about how I want The Inner Compass to feel, and I don’t want this to be another place where we simply collect information about intuition and self trust. I want it to be somewhere we actually practice together😄 So, beginning this Monday, we’re starting a little four week Self Trust Sprint inside the community! Every Monday, I’ll share a new Self Trust Quest inspired by the next card in the Major Arcana. Nothing overwhelming. These will be small, gentle practices you can bring into your actual life and notice what happens when you begin letting your own voice matter. We’ll begin with The Empress on Monday, August 3. At the end of the four weeks, we’ll have a free live Inner Compass Circle together. We can talk about what we noticed, where we still get stuck, and what changed when we began listening to ourselves a little differently. You don’t have to complete everything perfectly. You don’t even have to keep up. Come as you are and participate whenever you can. Who wants to join me?💗 @Anna Martinez @Ashley Becker @Tiffany-Marie Austin @Kashi Bhatt @Cynthia Quinones @Chelsea T @Carley Deardorff @Lolita Stanton @Edith Rincon

💛 Self Trust Quest 3 Reflection
If you’ve completed Quest 3, we’d love to hear how it went! In this quest, you were invited to pause before making a decision and ask yourself: “What do I know?” Did you try this exercise in your everyday life? Maybe while making a decision, responding to someone, or simply checking in with yourself. Share what happened. Whether your first answer surprised you, confirmed what you already knew, or you realized how difficult it can be to pause and listen, every experience is welcome here🌿
