Hi, boos! Welcome to week three of our Self Trust Sprint✨ This week, we’re working with The Hierophant. The Hierophant represents teachings, traditions, belief systems, and the people or institutions we’ve learned to see as authorities. Sometimes the voice we mistake for self-doubt isn’t actually ours. It may be an old rule we learned from our family, culture, religion, school, relationships, or the world around us. So, your Self Trust Quest this week is to notice whenever you use the word “should.” I should be doing more. I should keep everyone happy. I should already know what I’m doing. I should make the sensible choice. When you catch one, pause and ask: Who taught me that? Then ask yourself whether that belief still feels true for you today. You don’t have to rebel against every rule or figure it all out immediately. We’re simply becoming curious about which beliefs genuinely belong to us and which ones we’ve been carrying without realizing it. I added this week’s video inside the classroom. After you watch it, come back and share: What is one “should” you’re beginning to question?🔑💗
