Hi, this is Anna. I’m not training for any particular event, just want to stay healthy and being fit is part of that. I want to learn how to eat better, especially since I’m a rather lazy cook so I tend to fall into the trap of eating pre-cooked meals. Losing some body fat would also be nice. The question that comes to mid would be 1) how not to fall asleep mid-afternoon, and 2) how to avoid bloating.
