can someone help me sign up.. on clay's affiliate link..there is no country code for mobile number in the first page.. and on the next page.. my card is getting declined, i have talked to bank everything is fine but still card is not attaching iam from india , here we have 3ds for card payments.. that is not there in clay's offer page https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000007332-3ds-card-support-on-affiliate-signup-page here is the support link which will enable it but there is no option for affiliate there .. just normal 14 day trial
