I am automating the sales order and invoice generation using claude along with daily and monthly report. I want to ensure client data is safe and is not used for internal training purpose. What measures are you following to maintain secured data ?

I am in process of creating an app which can handle your medical files and doctors appointment. The app is a storage centre of all the doctor visit , prescription , next appointment, blood tests, MRI etc ...I have also included access to create and maintain family's medical history (mom ,dad, spouse, children) that way it becomes easier to maintain family record . Fine-tuning the changes and testing bugs
