Good morning everyone, My name is Anita, I'm a new agent with kw south bay. I got into realestate to start a property management company and I specialize in VA benefits. A lil about me, I served 8 years and 5 months in the army, and I spent a little bit of time working in the dental field. I wanted to further my career in the dental field, but I was told I would struggle to pay rent while earning my bachelor's to become a Dental hygienist. So, I chose to purchase multi-family property with plans to have tenants pay my mortgage while I go to school. Unfortunately, I learned a few new things about realestate, and I got side tracked by this wonderful opportunity. Now I'm here pursuing a new dream.
