Bio: I’m 61 years old and live in Somerset. I was diagnosed with MS in 1987 so have lived with it for a while. My fitness needs addressing, so here I am!

Bio: MS pp since 2020. Been with Dom since the beginning. Love him to bits. Not very good at the exercise but note to self “I will do it very soon” 😜

Bio: RRMS since 2000. Married with two teenagers & two cats! I volunteer with my local MS group & I love being in DOMS Club! 😃💪✈️

Bio: Had string of symptoms of MS through late 20’s, 30’s. Gave birth to our Son at 39 yrs. Some more symptoms later then diagnosed at 52. Now 67.
