Bio: Had string of symptoms of MS through late 20’s, 30’s. Gave birth to our Son at 39 yrs. Some more symptoms later then diagnosed at 52. Now 67.

Bio: I’m 61 years old and live in Somerset. I was diagnosed with MS in 1987 so have lived with it for a while. My fitness needs addressing, so here I am!
