75 HARD 26th MAY are you IN?
Who’s ready to go ALL IN with me? Starting May 26, I’m doing 75 HARD the ultimate mental toughness challenge and I want YOU with me. This isn’t a fitness trend. This is a full-life reset. Discipline. Focus. Grit. Growth. Here’s what we commit to for 75 days straight: 1. Two workouts a day (one must be outside, 45 mins each) 2. Follow a structured diet (no cheat meals, no alcohol) 3. Day 3/21 How are you going?
Alright guys — how’s everyone going with the challenge so far today? Here’s what today’s looked like for me: Up at 7 AM, scootered an hour to a beautiful Pilates session, followed by a walk, massage, and lunch. I started my 3-day fast at 1 PM, and honestly, my energy is feeling a bit better today. I’ll probably dial it down slightly on the exercise and Push Yourself Challenge while I fast listening to the body is key. How’s everyone else feeling? I ticked everything off my list today except the push up challenge. I feel there’s been an improvement in my brain fog already, a little low on energy but it’s been a huge few days work wise.

Yesterday and Today were rough. I’m currently detoxing from sugar and caffeine, and as usual it hit hard. Massive tension headache, super low energy. Yesterday I ended up falling asleep from midday until 6 PM, then got up, ate something grounding, and booked a massage to help release the tension. This always happens when I detox my body goes into full reset mode. It’s also no surprise after the last five days in Ubud. I’ve been diving deep into healing: 12 sessions across frequency healing, sound bowls, kundalini yoga, and more. All the layers I’ve been stripping back are integrating now… and I’m feeling it. Starting Thursday, I’m beginning a 3-day fast Maybe longer possibly until Sunday or Monday depending on how my body feels. If you feel called to join me, you’re so welcome to do this alongside me. Today’s been all about listening to my body, working poolside, resting when needed, and honouring where I’m at. How’s everyone else going? Are you tuning into what your body needs right now too? I’ve been a headachy today. Feel like I’m getting sick so I’m not going to push myself. Almost ticked everything off the list today though. Tomorrow will be a better day.
