I joined a Zoom strategy session for professionals looking for clarity and momentum going into 2026. When the floor was opened and we were invited to share how we were really feeling, something shifted for me. As an introvert, I don’t usually speak up, but I did. I shared how overwhelmed I’ve been and how stuck I feel right now. What stood out wasn’t the wellness club (though that was a plus and aligned with my values). It was Nate. He showed up with genuine care, listened without pushing anything, and focused on me, how I’m feeling, and how he can support me in moving forward. That kind of presence made all the difference. I’m grateful I spoke up, and I’m thankful I found him right when I needed him most.
