💥 Leadership Session #2 : The Stuck
What if the thing keeping you stuck isn't what happened... What if it's the meaning you've attached to what happened? In this next session, we're diving into one of the most important conversations in The Comeback: The Stuck. We'll explore the stories, beliefs, disappointments, fears, and excuses that quietly keep people from moving forward, even when they desperately want to change. Because sometimes the greatest obstacle isn't in front of us. It's the story we're carrying with us. 💥 Join me and come ready to think. I hope you’ll watch and comment. Remember, your story helps others. 👊🏼😉 The moment you identify what's really keeping you stuck is often the moment your comeback begins. Lead. Grow. Move.

@Jason Pannell gotcha!
💥 Weekend Reflection
Let's be honest... Life didn't stop because you joined The Comeback. 😄 Work is still work. The kids are still kids. The calendar is still full. And that's exactly why accountability matters. Accountability isn't about having someone check up on you. It's about staying connected when life gets busy. One of the reasons we're here is to learn from each other, encourage each other, and remind each other that we're not doing this alone. So here's my question: How has your week gone? ✅ What's one win you've had? ✅ What's one challenge you've faced? ✅ What's one thing you're committed to improving next week? Don't overthink it. Just check in and let us know where you are. Because sometimes the most important step forward is simply staying engaged. 💥 Lead. Grow. Move.

I had to put a pause on my biz this week to focus on my job. So no wins… feeling behind a bit
💥 Week 3: When the Butterflies Leave
Let's be honest. The first few days are always fun. New goals. New commitments. New possibilities. Everybody's excited. Everybody's motivated. Everybody's ready to change their life. Then something happens. The butterflies leave. The excitement fades. Life starts lifing again. 😄 Work gets busy. Schedules get crazy. Unexpected things show up. And suddenly the thing you were excited about becomes something you have to be intentional about. That's when the real work begins. Because motivation is a spark. But consistency is a choice. And discipline is a habit. And the people who create meaningful change aren't usually the most motivated. They're the ones who keep moving after the motivation wears off. So here's the question for this week: When the excitement fades, what's your typical response? Do you get distracted? Do you get busy? Do you lose focus? Do you start overthinking? Do you quit measuring your progress? Do you slowly drift back into old habits? And more importantly... What's made you stop in the past? Be honest. No judgment. Just awareness. Because once you know where you've typically gone off track, you're much more likely to recognize it before it happens again. 👇 Share your answer below. Lead. Grow. Move. 💥

I definitely start overthinking
Live
I tried to get on the live but I didn’t see anything once I clicked on live? Just a black screen?

@Jason Pannell maybe we could do zoom next time?

@Jason Pannell I do live zooms -I put it on the calendar with the same ongoing link and then I record it and it put it inside my classroom. So whenever someone new comes on board they can always go back and listen. The features inside Skool are so cool!
💥 Midweek Check-In: Let's Get Specific
One of the biggest mistakes people make when they decide to change is setting goals that sound good but can't be measured. "I want to get healthier." "I want to grow." "I want to be more disciplined." "I want to get closer to God." Those are great desires. They're just terrible scoreboards. 😄 You can't hit a target you can't see. So here's your midweek challenge: Where do you want to be 100 days from now? And be specific. Not: ❌ Grow my business But: ✅ Add 10 new clients ✅ Increase revenue by $2,000/month Not: ❌ Get healthier But: ✅ Lose 15 pounds ✅ Walk 100 miles ✅ Strength train 3x per week Not: ❌ Grow spiritually But: ✅ Read the New Testament ✅ Pray 10 minutes a day ✅ Complete a devotional plan The Comeback isn't about vague intentions. It's about intentional movement. Because what gets measured gets improved. 👇 Drop your measurable 100-day target below. Let's help each other make it real. Lead. Grow. Move. 💥

My goal in 100 days is to add 10 new members to my community. ( and not lose anymore) I have broken it down to 1 out of 5 will say yes. So I need to have 15 conversations a month minimum. Wether that is at my women’s nights ( which I cannot control how many come) or my personal reach outs ( which I can control) Also, I know I need to do videos on FB to get more attraction- which I don’t like to do lives but I need to get uncomfortable and do it! 🤪 So…. Keep the 10 I have now ( I have lost 5) and add 10 more in 100 days. That’s my goal. The HOW? That’s where/ what I need to get solid in! 💥
