Day 11 - Day 11- IPR - Embodied Congruence: When Your Inner Truth
Day 11 — Day 11- IPR - Embodied Congruence: When Your Inner Truth Becomes Behavior Takeaway: Day 11 is where everything you’ve uncovered in Days 1–10 becomes visible through action. Today is about matching our choices, tone, boundaries, and behavior to the truth our body already knows. Activation — Somatic Alignment Scan Drop into your body and notice: - Where our “yes” lives - Where our “no” tightens - Where our “not yet” whispers Prompt: “Where did my body say no yesterday that my mouth said yes?” Explore: somatic alignment Micro‑Integrity Self‑trust is built through small acts of alignment. Examples: - Saying “I need a moment” - Choosing the honest tone instead of the polite one - Adjusting a boundary by 10% Explore: micro‑integrity Exercise — The Congruence Audit List three things: - What I think - What I feel - What I do Then identify where they diverge. Prompt: “Where am I performing instead of expressing?” And If I am expressing, am I expressing full out or am I being lukewarm? Explore: congruence audit

Day 9 —  Inner Path to Resilience & Self‑Trust: Palindrome Energy
Day 9 — Inner Path to Resilience & Self‑Trust: Palindrome Energy 9/9 is a mirror day. What we choose, release, or claim today loops back and amplifies. Keep it simple and intentional. Focus: Close one loop. Name one truth. Strengthen one intention. Today’s Work: - Completion Ritual — End one lingering task or pattern. - Mirror Prompt — What is being reflected back to you today. - Amplification Ritual — Double down on what’s already working. A palindrome day magnifies our clarity. Use it.

Day 5&6 : Evening: Day 5 & 6 : Inner Path to Resilience & Self-Trust
Day 5&6 : Evening: Day 5 & 6 : Inner Path to Resilience & Self-Trust Subconscious & Somatic Evening Ritual: Somatic Discharge (5–10 Mins): Shake, stretch, or use a foam roller. Entrepreneurs carry stress in the jaw, shoulders, and hips. Physically shaking our body or holding deep passive stretches signals to your nervous system that the "battle" of the workday is officially over. The Brain Dump & Subconscious Prime (5 Mins): Write down every outstanding task, worry, or idea onto paper to clear your mental desktop. Follow this by writing down one specific question or creative problem you want your subconscious mind to solve while you sleep. Resonant Breathing (3–5 Mins): Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds. Lengthening the exhale immediately activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), lowering your heart rate and melting cortisol. Why this works: This 4-phase evening sequence works by moving our bodies from mind to nervous system to subconscious — each phase preparing the ground for the next. Somatic (Shaking/Stretching) — releases physical stress and interrupts fight-or-flight. Cognitive (Brain Dump & Priming) — clears mental clutter and directs the sleeping mind toward growth. Nervous System (4-6 Extended Breathing) — lowers heart rate and signals safety to the body. Subconscious (Hypnagogic Audio) — bypasses the critical mind to rewire deep beliefs.

A Doorway into Myself.
I have been enjoying these rooted in experience journeys that @Ashley Jasper Styles has lovongly crafted for us. In my experience, the people who truly want to find their way back to authenticity, self-love and self-worth are the ones who are willing to go into the darkness with a small candle that can be blown out by any breeze. They are the ones who say, "Show me a path and walk it with me." They are the ones who want to find their way. They are the ones who know it will hurt and humble. Having gone on these journeys with her, I have faced the source of some of my resistances. I have discovered scared and abandoned parts of me that were ready to be seen and reintegrated. I have come to understand some of my patterns and get closer to the roots of my limiting stories. Sometimes, we need a companion to walk with us into the darkness. One of the things I appreciate the most about these journeys is that @Ashley Jasper Styles walks with us every day. She opens herself up and shares her pain and her vulnerability. She holds space for all of us and understands that only by walking the path in our way can we find our way back to ourselves. During these journeys, I have seen how far I have come on my healing path. I see where I have healed and where I have found my strength and courage to go even deeper. I am so deeply honoured to have found her and this space. I have made connections to other journeyers, and with each reflection, each action and each permission, I love and value myself that much more.
A Doorway into Myself.

Day 6— Day 6: IPR - Self‑Trust: Adaptive Capacity
Day 6— Day 6: IPR - Self‑Trust: Adaptive Capacity Today our focus is how we adjust when life applies pressure or our adaptive capacity. Our ability to respond to friction without collapsing, overextending, or reverting to old patterns. Adaptation Strategies to consider: Structural Adaptation — Adjusting your schedule, workflow, boundaries, or commitments. Energetic Adaptation — Shifting your emotional tone, pace, or internal expectations. Identity Adaptation — Releasing an outdated identity or adopting a new internal stance. Friction Example Your friction: A new schedule + business commitments + the urge to “do so much.” A shift toward precision scheduling — choosing the right actions at the right times, not all actions at all times. Questions we can ask to strategize and conquer it: What is one adjustment I can make to honor my commitments without slipping into overextension? How can we improve our ability to adapt? What might be asking us now to adapt? What small adjustment would create the biggest relief or clarity right now? .

Wauw, I love all of this. 🤍 During my journey here on Skool and building my Soul community, I realized I was trying to go way too fast and do everything at once. Now I’m slowly learning to adapt and create a rhythm that actually works for me. Start with the first things Reorganize my lessons Reorganize my schedule I was so focused on the wrong things, but now everything feels so much more aligned and flows naturally. Your posts are a lovely moment to reflect. Thank you for sharing! 🤍
