As humans, we compare ourselves so quickly. We doubt ourselves. We speak negatively about ourselves. We worry about what other people think. And no, we cannot magically switch all of that off 😂But with a little awareness, we can learn to notice it earlier, reflect on it, release some of the pressure and give our minds a little more space. That is something I love exploring through the Lunar Cycle. Every cycle has moments for growth, action, reflection and release, little reminders to look inward instead of constantly moving forward. Sometimes, between all the busy moments, our minds deserve a quiet moment too. 🎥 Watch the video and discover what this Waning Moon Energy for 1 November might show you about your own energy, confidence and inner world https://youtu.be/IiQ5Nn2SEcs Take what connects.
