Day 3 Homework Part 2 My biggest realization after today’s emotional release was: “I finally understand that the part of me I have been longing for others to see can now be seen and held by myself.” For a long time, I looked outside of myself for validation, hoping others would recognize my efforts, my love, my responsibility, and my contributions. When they didn’t, a part of me believed that maybe I was not important or valued. Today, I connected with the younger version of myself who was longing to be seen, heard, and loved. When I told her, “I know you have been through so much. I am here with you now,” the tears came. It felt like I was finally giving her the love and support she had been waiting for. After the tears, I felt a deep sense of calm and clarity. I realized that my worth is not determined by how others judge me. My value does not increase when others appreciate me, and it does not decrease when others fail to see me. I know who I am. I know the love I have given, the responsibilities I have carried, and the efforts I have made. Those truths cannot be taken away by someone else’s opinions or actions. My biggest shift today is understanding that I no longer need to seek my worth from the outside. I can acknowledge, accept, and love myself from within.❤️🙏
