study plan
okay, I'm ready to dive in Again.. I got AT for people, and didn't meet the target for the rest. what is the suggestion to study the two domains.. and for study hall, a lot of people recommend it. which one do you recommend? sessional or plus? (I have AR's simulator and 720 and udemy btw)
Failed the exam
I know,, most people came here to share their successful stories. I want to share the real stories, maybe it will resonate with some people who are in the same shoes. I prepared the exam for two weeks. Although it’s a short period of time, I felt so ready. I finished simulator questions scored from 65 at first which was more intended for using the exam questions for study purpose, then started to increased to 73 then 80. I studied 200 extra hard questions and David’s 200 of Agile questions and other videos and materials. Before the exam I also reviewed AJ’s mindset materials etc. I felt ready! I planned to take it easy two days before exam, because I studied long hours on weekends, and stayed late to study after work on week days. But just in case, I studied more… that burned me out. I was not able to focus on the exam day. Questions were not difficult, but I struggled to stay focused to read questions and think straight. As result I got people AT, but rest two models didn’t meet the target. AJ has mentioned rest the day before exam. Listen to him. I can’t change what has happened, I’m mad at myself, and feeling down, but I’ll be okay. Anyone has any suggestions on how should I prepared the rest two modules (again) effectively and efficiently? TIA.

PMP exam
im taking exam this week. when i did the simulator exam, i got 80%. but i noticed i didn't have time to read all the questions. the time was just enough for me to read the answers and make a choice for the most questions. If you took exam recently, 1) it the questions lengthy? 2) did they use these big words? 3) compare to the simulator questions, how was the actual exam in terms of difficult level? 4) how many hard questions did you encounter? like these on AJ's 200 extra hard questions level. thanks everyone.

@Michael Harris would you share your insights by answering my questions? Thanks
a simulator questoin
the answers to following question says "Have management directly communicate with the project team, and Start using a product backlog that is ordered by the product owner". it did not really give explanation on the last one. does anyone have different answer? "Have management directly communicate with the project team": Agile encourages collaboration, but not top-down directives. The Product Owner is the key communicator. "Allow the team to choose what order the work should get done" - - Agile empowers self-organizing teams to decide how best to accomplish their goals. - This fosters ownership, accountability, and adaptability—key ingredients for Agile success. so, shouldn't the answer be "allow the team to choose what order the work should get done"? @Andrew Ramdayal ----- M6Q23 The organization wants to move to an agile approach. What principles should the organization start following to accomplish this goal? (Choose 2) Design a digital communication system Have management directly communicate with the project team Start using a product backlog that is ordered by the product owner Implement a change control process Allow the team to choose what order the work should get done

@Julie Khov good one. thanks
A questions related to RISK
In the Simulator, there is a question as below. it says the right answer is Risk register and risk report. but the The risk report is more of a summary tool, that summarizes overall risk status and trends, but it doesn’t list all individual risks in detail. It’s not the best source to check for new risks, while Risk Management Plan outlines how risk management activities will be structured and performed. It includes methodologies, roles and responsibilities, budgeting, timing, and categories of risk. It helps determine whether the newly identified risks fit within the existing framework or require updates to the plan. Thus, isn't the right answer should be Risk register and Risk management plan? @Andrew Ramdayal M3Q6 A Project Manager identifies two new risks. These risks could impact a few key components. The Project Manager wants to reference additional information before presenting this new risk information. To which sources should the Project Manager refer to check if these are new risks? Risk register and risk report Risk register and Risk management plan Risk management plan and risk report Issue log and risk report
