I try to take time out of the day to just appreciate my life. That sounds kind of silly but I'm someone who is always trying to get something done. I have a mindset that says if I'm not being productive, I'm wasting my time. When I lean into that mindset too strongly I end up feeling exhausted and resentful. Taking a few intentional minutes to reflect on where I am in life and the things I've overcome to get here reminds me that I have a lot to be grateful for right in front of me, and I don't have to be productive nonstop to be leading a good life. It's a reminder that it's ok to relax and enjoy the moment I'm in right now. Sometimes you have to create boundaries with yourself too!

I would definitely take more trips! It would also be fulfilling to volunteer on a regular basis. I always want to sign up for things but end up backing out because I'm tired after the work week.
