I did formal complaint as well. Kinda sick of being lied to. It is not right for them to say they are giving us a decent laptop as incentive to enroll and then oops! changed up our minds because we want to save money. We pay tuition and the overhead cannot be near what it is at a University that has tons of teachers to pay, among all other staff that normally is required to sustain a working college. Come on Maestro, I like my classes, am learning a tremendous amount, and am grateful for the opportunity. I just hate the way we get told one thing numerous times and then all sudden it changes. Not cool! And please stop avoiding answering when we ask about a subject you dont want to discuss or that you feel the answer is going to cause anger or strife. I agree we should all file formal complaints! It was one of the things that prompted me to enroll here as opposed to another school. This news, along with the lack of communication and answers to very legitimate questions by Maestro administration has left me very skeptical and even angry.!No transparency here folks. Just being ignored and told half truths by a computer…ridiculous!!
