Today's AI word sounds much scarier than it is
Today's AI word sounds much scarier than it is: PROVENANCE. 😂💜 It basically means: Where did this information come from? That's it. And you don't need to become a researcher to use the idea. When ChatGPT tells you something important, try: “Show me where this information came from so I can check it.” That's a good AI habit. We don't have to be afraid that AI might occasionally be wrong. We just need simple ways to know when something deserves another look.
Beginner AI reminder for today: you are allowed to disagree with ChatGPT. 😂💜
Seriously. AI giving you an answer doesn't mean the conversation is over. Try saying: “I don't think that's quite right for me. Show me another way.” Or: “What might be wrong with this answer?” You don't have to know more than ChatGPT to question ChatGPT. You bring something AI doesn't have: Your context. Your experience. Your judgment. Learning AI isn't about handing your brain over to it. We're learning how to make the two work together.
If AI is giving you MORE ideas and somehow making you MORE overwhelmed, try this. 💜
Stop asking: “What else could I do?” And tell ChatGPT: “Don't give me any more options. Help me choose from what I already have.” Then ask it to recommend ONE place to start. AI doesn't always have to expand the possibilities. It can help us narrow them down. Five good options and one decision can be much more useful than 50 exciting ideas sitting unfinished. We're allowed to use AI to make things feel simpler, not busier.
You do NOT have to become an AI fact-checking expert before you’re allowed to use ChatGPT. 💜
Start with one simple habit. When an answer really matters, ask: “What parts of this should I double-check before I use it?” Let ChatGPT help identify the risky pieces—then verify those. You don’t have to distrust everything AI says. And you definitely shouldn’t trust everything blindly. We’re learning the middle ground. Use it. Question it. Check what matters. Keep learning.
