Scientists Studied 47,000 Dogs on CBD... And Found Something Nobody Expected 👀
Okay, this one's wild. 😱 Researchers just dropped what might be the biggest study ever done on CBD use in dogs — and the results are turning heads. 🎯 Here's the setup: A team from Arizona State University and the University of Tennessee pulled data from the Dog Aging Project, tracking 47,355 dogs over four years (2019–2023). They wanted to know: does CBD actually DO anything for dogs, or is it just another overhyped trend? The surprising finding? 🤔 Dogs that were given CBD supplements for 2+ years showed a significant drop in aggression over time. We're talking dogs that started out MORE aggressive than average eventually becoming LESS aggressive than dogs who never took CBD, but here's the twist nobody saw coming: CBD didn't help with anxiety, agitation, or other stress behaviors. ONLY aggression. The researchers themselves admitted they're not sure why. 🤯 One of the lead scientists, Dr. Julia Albright, put it like this: "Most canine aggression is related to underlying stress or anxiety. It is unclear why only aggression seemed to be improved with CBD treatment." Some other interesting nuggets from the study: → 7.3% of dog owners in the study gave their dogs CBD products → CBD was most commonly used in dogs with dementia (18.2%), arthritis (12.5%), and epilepsy (10.6%) → Dogs on CBD were on average 3 years older than those not on it → CBD use was higher in states with legal cannabis (owners transferring their own health values to their pets 😂) The takeaway? This isn't a magic pill. But for dog owners dealing with aggressive tendencies — especially in older dogs — CBD might be worth a serious conversation with your vet. Just make sure you're buying from a reputable brand and watching the dosage. 🫣 Science is finally catching up to what a lot of dog owners have been saying for years. 🧪🐾 Has anyone here tried CBD with their dog? Did you notice a difference? Drop your experience below 👇

Cbd treats helped keep my Frodo alive and feeling better for almost 2 years after being diagnosed with kidney disease and having to get saline every second day… made him start to have energy after only about it 1 week and also started eating again 🥰💜 I also gave them to my other little man Sammy… they both had pancreatitis… Frodo lived to 17 years old amd Sammy ton19.5 years. I miss them so very much.

Have you seen this "viral" rescue story!!
The Viral Thread That Has Everyone Sharing Their Rescue Stories 🐾 You've probably seen this one trending — a guy posted a video of him cuddling with his rescue pup, Bando, and casually captioned it: "Whoever lost this dog, thank you for not looking for him. He's got a good home." 😱 Link to story...https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/2026/01/06/rescue-dogs-abandoned-adopt-threads/ The post went absolutely nuclear. Over 1.2 MILLION views and thousands of people flooding the comments with their own rescue stories — dogs found chained in parks, dumped in parking lots, abandoned at car washes. Each photo more heartwarming than the last. 🎯 One story really got me: A guy named Matthew East found his pup Otis behind a dumpster at 2 weeks old. Now they travel the world together — Italy, Kenya, you name it. Here's what makes this so powerful: 🙏🏻 It wasn't just about one dog. It became this spontaneous movement of people celebrating second chances. Every single comment was basically saying, "Hey, look what I got when I gave a forgotten dog a shot." ❤️❤️ Makes you think... what are WE overlooking that could turn into something amazing? 🤔 (Also — can we talk about how Bando got his name because it's slang for "abandoned house"? That's cold... and brilliant.) 😎 Anyone here have a rescue story? Drop it below. 👇

UGH kills my heart seeing these, but fills it hearing the sweet animals are now loved as they deserve😍 There is a story that happened here ( vancouver canada) in the spring that went viral also, some piece of shit- excuse my language- threw their badly injured ( i'm assuming beaten) dog in a garbage can along the trails...a lady was hiking and went to throw something away.... https://youtu.be/RNRGc6y0yqk?si=NF8BGWpcPiVbCfXe
