Apologies for my silence (I will publish March Monthly shortly) but I’ve been caught up in creating a movement to Get Britain Growing Again! The question is are a nation we food secure and the answer is NO. So my mission is to change that! Are you in?

Sunday Gardeners
Most people fall in to the category of Sunday Gardeners - really only even think about doing something in the garden one day a week. However, if you want to grow your own food you’ll have to at least think about a littler watering every day. You could look at it as ⚪️ a form of meditation or down time every day, or 🟢 that you’re nurturing your new seeds or 🔴 it’s just part of the new spring routine for example Do you have any seeds sown yet? What would encourage you to remember to water your seedlings every day?

What’s Your Forecast?
After weeks of rain, we’re meant to have ‘no rain’ this weekend. Not so sure there’ll be sun but hey, we can’t have everything. But it does mean we’ll be able to get out in the garden🎉🎉 What’s your forecast for this weekend and what are you planning?

@Lucy Selin it's also good to look at how much sun and how long for. Morning sun is different to afternoon sun for example. I always recommend taking a day to map the sun (taking pictures throughout the day) of the entire garden so you can see the shady spots and where the sun glows. Trick at the moment is catching the sun haha ☀️
