Today I read Chapter 20 from the Shamanic Leadership book - Service Through Leadership - Leading from the heart as your new way of life. A profound testimony from one of my students as she navigated psychosis after childbirth. It can affect anyone. This story is a reminder that we never know what some humans have been through and how important it is to have a care team surrounding you, not only for your safety, but for your children's safety as well.

This liminal space we are in between Xmas and New Years this year was wild. The energy, the thin veil, experiencing the 3D and 5D timeline shift is amazing and excruciating all at the same time! This chapter hits deep as the 1 year anniversary of my divorce just passed and this Xmas will be the last "first" without the family we spent 3 years creating. The firsts are always the hardest, and as I share in this story about the medicine of the breath...I look forward to full breaths, and a life full of love and abundance after this harsh initiation 🌟 Thank you for witnessing my story.
