The First Skill You Want to Master
Every tradition I have trained in starts students at the same place. Not visions. Not journeys. Not healing anyone. Grounding. This is step one. The unglamorous skill of getting your energy back in your body and your roots into the earth. Because an ungrounded sensitive is like a kite in a storm. Every wind owns them. A grounded one is a tree. The same storm passes through, and they are still standing there. Blown around, ruffles, but standing. First skill. Every day. Before everything else. Grounding. reliable, stable, effective. The rest of the path is built on it. Where are you with your grounding skill on a scale of 0-10 (10 being it's top notch!) Post below and let's talk about how to move the needle for those who need to up level this skill.

I was going to say a 6 from my analytical mind, but spirit told me I'm a 10 and just don't know it in an academic sense yet. I admit that I still get caught up in the moment and forget to ground. I think I need to create a tangible reminder so I feel that I'm embodying that grounded-ness consistently.
The checklist Nobody Gave You
Nobody hands you a checklist for this. So here is one. 1. You feel a room before you read it. You walk in and know something happened, before a word is spoken. 2. Strangers tell you their deepest wounds. In line. On planes. They say "I don't know why I'm telling you this." You do. 3. Crowds cost you. Not because you dislike people. Because you leave carrying pieces of all of them. 4. You knew things as a child that adults could not explain. Who was lying. Who was sick. Who was about to leave. 5. Animals and small children come to you like you are a known address. 6. You have been called too sensitive your whole life, by people who never once asked what you were sensing. None of these are symptoms. They are markers of a gift that arrived without a manual. How many describe you? Post your number. And read the other numbers before you scroll on. That is the point of this thread.

Mainly#6 describes me. Sometimes the others.

Prior to becoming a part of this community I never called myself a healer. I am still reticent to say it to anyone else.
What's Next
Well before we get to what's next I'd like to ask those of you who have completed the Sacred Healing Journey which was called the Rainbow Path Healers challenge before that, what was the biggest benefit that you received from doing the work for yourself?

There are many benefits recieved by completing the sacred healing journey. The one I feel most dominantly is the increase of confidence in myself, in my gift, and in my connection to source. One of my friends told me that the change is palpable.
Gifts of 07/07 🌈🙏🏼🪷🌀✨️
Early this morning just before I awoke, I had been dreaming. I don't recall the dream, but as I started drifting back to wakefulness I heard someone say, "You have healite traits". Curious what that means and if healite is even a word, I looked it up and discovered that it is an LED light therapy for healing, regeneration, and cellular recovery. I often find myself marinading in self-doubt, but yesterday, I asked for reassurance that I'm on the right path. I would love to hear any of your insights if you have any. Thank you 🙏🏼💛
