Thanks for watching the video, indeed many people are symptom free from their autoimmune skin condition which means no inflammation or at least not visibly noticeable on the skin. some feel comfortable to use the term of remission. However reinstating a trigger that can vary from person to person such as ,stress or certain foods can increase inflammation again. so the message is yes unfortunately you have a condition but finding your triggers and making good decisions can help you to stay in control
