Here’s my new definition of abundance. Abundance – voluntary sharpening of the axe Sharpening the axe means learning new skills and ways of solving problems, exercising your uniqueness. It also means building human capital. For instance, a man writes a book on a specific topic. It takes him a decade of research. He finally publishes it. Although he is moderately successful with the sale of the book, he becomes recognized as an expert in his field and is asked to consult on the topic for a substantial fee. His wealth of knowledge is the real abundance. Not the external facade many would want you to think of. Not the money won on a lottery. Not something ethereal either. I want you to realize the damage normies have done by their demands that you will be understood by them or easily put in their frame of reference. Your sharpening of your axe can only be on your terms, not theirs, because they are not you and you are not them. Believing them means losing your potential future. You are not bound to fit it. You are supposed to be you, but refined like a diamond under pressure. Never quit.
