I’m loving this community but damn we have a lot of scammers circling the DMs. Presumably you all have the same experience? I’ve only been on here a week and had several already.

I’m kinda new to this rewiring my brain stuff and a total noob at the positive affirmations part. I found Rey’s explanation and examples super useful, also made me feel less silly about doing them. But I would love to hear from my fellow rebels what affirmations you use and your experiences with doing them. I’ll put mine in the comments, but I’d really love to hear from you!
