You're not afraid of the gym.
The people in the gym don't watch you. They've got their own things going on.

Its good to have different opinions
Gym anxiety. Whats stopping you?
You've thought about it. More than once. You've probably had the bag packed, the playlist ready, the trainers by the door. And then something happens. Not something dramatic. Just... that feeling. That low-level dread that creeps in before you've even left the house. What if everyone stares? What if I don't know how to use the machines? What if I look stupid, weak, lost? What if someone says something? What if they don't — and the silence is worse? So you don't go. Again. And the worst part? You're not lazy. You know you're not lazy. You want this. You can feel how much you want it. But anxiety doesn't care about want. It just sits there in your chest like a brick, talking you out of the one thing that would actually help shift it. Here's what nobody tells you — the gym is full of people who felt exactly this. The big lad deadlifting in the corner was once the skinny kid who nearly turned back in the car park. The woman who looks like she owns the place used to change in the toilet cubicle so nobody would see her. Every single person in there has had a version of the day you're having right now. The anxiety isn't a sign you're weak. It's a sign you care. It means this matters to you. And the thing about gym anxiety — the dirty little secret it doesn't want you to know — is that it only survives outside the door. The second you walk through it, it starts to shrink. Not gone. Not straight away. But smaller. Every single time. You don't have to be ready. You just have to go.

@Arianna Growth hi Arianna 👋 I've been on a while but I'm not sure which subject I'm more passionate about. I'm thinking of sticking with the mindset and gym niche
