God's word is perfect in any language when it is indeed His; no matter how you slice it, it will never pass away. God confused the languages in Gen 11, for a reason akin to what He'll do before His second coming, but in reverse. I sense that in God's sovereignty, He not only allows but also oversees the exponential proliferation of the gospel to all creation, and by His good pleasure, He uses the mechanisms seen today. As God’s word tells us, God is a Savior by nature, and his requirements will be fulfilled ONLY in His Son. When we see the advancements that men have made in the “ last “days, I can’t help but see an analogy to what God said in Gen. 11:6 “The Lord said, 'Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them”. Remember, almost immediately after God’s proclamation, the flood happened. The “Successor” event to our current condition will be (IMO), Jesus’ second coming. Of course, for we Christians, we will be removed from this earth before that. God’s wrath is not for His “Bride”, but for unbelievers. Through Paul, Jesus, and others, we're told that the "Remnant" of Jacob will be protected even at that time, the time of Jacob's trouble, not ours. God put it this way, and this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. I like what both MacArthur, Barnett, along with many students of scripture, say: Enoch was a typology of the Church, Noah was a typology of Israel, and the world is always (unrepentant people without a savior). I realize there are disparate views of Eschatology within the Christian “ranks”, but I’ve taught others ONLY after I’ve studied it with conviction to its soundness. John, I know this might seem random to some, but when you posted God’s word in Mandarin, it prompted a thought in my head, and I shared it, but then again, I’m just a silly guy! God bless.
