MUST Read!!!
I know that a lot of you probably live extremely busy lives, and I don’t wanna add more to your plate, but I have NO PROBLEM making suggestions about things that’ll help you level up. And today, that’s exactly what I’m gonna do… I’ve been reading a book called “The Comfort Crisis” that highlights societies collective troubles living an increasingly sessile life void of any real challenges or discomfort, and think there’s a LOT of growth you can get from reading it and putting its findings to use… If you aren’t a reading type, then throw it on Audible and listen to it while driving or on a walk. I’m telling you, this is a MUST READ!!! Speaking of, any of y’all have any other books you think I we could all get value/growth from? List em out below!!!

Which Brand of Kettlebell Do You Recommend?
I’m looking to invest in a quality kettlebell and wanted to get some opinions from this community. There are so many brands out there – Rogue, Onnit, Kettlebell Kings, Bowflex, and even more budget-friendly options on Amazon. I am currently using Tunturi kettlebells, but I’m curious to see how they compare to other brands. For those who have been using kettlebells for a while, which brand do you prefer and why? Is it worth spending more on premium brands, or are the cheaper ones just as good? I’m particularly interested in durability, grip comfort, and overall feel during workouts. Would love to hear about your experiences! Thanks in advance! 💪

I have a mixture of what I've found reasonably priced at the time! This means I have 3 pairs of differing sizes and handle thickness (14KG, 16KG & 20KG) and a single 24KG with a mahhosive handle! I do find myself looking at competition style ones and thinking 'that'd be nice', but the grass is always greener right? The 20's have 2 flat sides which I think I'd avoid in the future due to corners and therefore easier arm bangs. On the whole I think having a variety of styles/handle sizes works and presents a decent challenge, esp. when using unmatched pairs! Apologies for the verbiage. 😉
W4D4!
Enjoyed the wakeup swings especially today, just that I needed to get going. 50 @ 24KG in one set. Had a bit of life getting in the way and yesterday's exertions caught up with me a bit, but sucked it up and got it done. 👍 3 rounds all @20Kg, 2 min treadmill walking between rounds Finished off with 3 x top position ring holds.
