I hope everyone is doing well! The time y'all have been waiting for is getting closer! I wanted to have the chance to update you all regarding the courses. I am hoping to shoot the first course towards the end of this week and have the chance to upload it for everyone here by the end of next week! I appreciate the patience as these are getting built out. A ton of work goes into these course to make sure it is valuable for everyone here!

Excited to get more on track and have consistency moving forward. Also for the snacks knowing what I can sub if I’m out of carbs, but need protein or if I’m out of protein, but need carbs and so on.
