Anyone looking for FE inbounds?

Honestly the opposite on our end — we've been seeing strong consistency. Our calls are averaging 20% close rate across the board. The volatility people are running into usually comes down to traffic source and how tight the pre-screen is before the call routes. When those two are dialed in, quality holds. What are you seeing on your end? What's your current setup?
