Plan of Action
HI Carlos, thanks for all of the marketing wisdom you've provided. Here's what im looking for - Let's say im new to tax resolution. How would you advise me to market myself? What's the step-by-step marketing plan of action you would put in place? You have so many great ideas but Im having a hard time seeing the big picture. How would I implenet all of your ideas into a marketing plan?

@Stephen Weisberg Great Question! We are working on a *Secret* project that answers this exact question! Maybe there will be a sneak peak in December. As for now: We would need more details on where you are at currently with your business, such as: 1. What is your marketing budget 2. Do you have the basics setup: Lead magnet, landing page, email, website, booking link 3. How much time do you have for marketing purposes 4. Do you have reviews or case studies? There are 4 ways to generate leads(cold outreach, warm outreach, paid ads, and content). We direct leads to a landing page to receive lead magnet. If the lead opt-in to get lead magnet that means they are a "qualified lead" and we now have their email. Next we do email marketing daily in this format: Hook-story- offer(CTA) The CTA is to schedule a Call. We can go into details on each but we need to know where you are at!

@Stephen Weisberg great question. After they sign up for the lead magnet by giving name, email, phone number etc. We would automatically direct them to a thank you/consultation offer page. On that page you would have a VSL(VIDEO SALES LETTER), thanking them for downloading the lead magnet and recommending them sign up for a free consultation/tax debt survey etc. I like to embed the consultation form via Calendly directly on the landing page so they don’t have to move from the page. Go high level also has forms you can embed as well.

☕ Coffee Grind with Andrew — FEB 12th @10am (PST)
Most people are sending emails…Very few are making sales from them. If your list feels cold, your emails get ignored, or you never know what to write next — this is for you. I’m hosting a FREE 45-minute live Zoom training where I’ll break down exactly how I use email to turn subscribers into buyers before they ever get on a call. What we’re going to cover (very tactical): - How to use AI without losing your voice (so it sounds like you, not ChatGPT) - What to email daily (and why consistency is the real sales lever) - The exact structure of an email that converts - 3 secrets I wish I learned sooner that immediately boosted sales - Why emailing every day makes prospects show up already sold This is not newsletter theory. This is email that produces revenue. 📅 February 12th⏰ 10:00 AM PST⏱️ 45 minutes📍 Live on Zoom If: - You’re emailing but not getting sales - You don’t know what to write tomorrow - Your list feels “dead” You need to be there. Tech Stack?
Hey Everyone, Curious, what does everyone tech stack look like for marketing and resolution? For example: 1. Lead pages- landing page 2. Mailchimp- email marketing 3. Calendly- Scheduler 4. CRM- Taxdome 5. Transcript analysis- THS 6. Resolution software- pitbull 7. Reviews-nice job 8. Phone- google voice Is there any systems that you would like to learn, in order to merge/lower cost?

@Stephen Weisberg your tech stack for marketing would be: Leadpages->Mailchimp->Calendly. Which is a simple but strong setup! We actually don't use most of the tech stack i mentioned in the example. We are in the process in moving everything to Gohighlevel besides the resolution/tax stuff. It would cover 1,2,3,7,8 under one cost. I am always curious to see where we can save!
